How do you normally ship?

We prefer to use USPS First Class as our default free shipping method. We have warehouses with inventory staged on each coast, and so with our handling time of 1-2 business days most packages arrive within 4 business days, provided the order is placed before 2PM EST. Faster shipping is available for a small fee.

How do I open a return?

If you ordered from MakerShot.com simply contact us requesting a return within 30 days of purchase. For Amazon and eBay you’ll need to go to your orders and open a return request.

My item appears lost in transit. What do I do?

If you ordered directly from us as a seller (“makershot”) on Amazon, eBay, or another platform, we’d be happy to reship your item so long as the tracking is dormant for more than 4 business days. Please send us a message on the marketplace in which the item was ordered.

Tracking claims that my item was delivered but I can't find it anywhere?

Occasionally USPS can mark an item as delivered prior to true physical delivery. Such lost shipments usually show up within 2 business days. If not, please contact us on the marketplace in which the item was ordered for a replacement.
